Traditions, New Spirits & Holy Ground

For over twenty years the Good Coffeehouse has served up music (and coffee!) to the surrrounding community, expanding the traditional folk fare to include jazz, rock, blues, classical and world music, as well as poetry, dramatic readings, and comedy. Now this unique experience has been captured on a CD recording called Traditions, New Spirits and Holy Ground in recognition of its history, where it is going, and the motto on the beam of the BSEC Meeting House: The place where we meet to seek the highest is holy ground.

  At the Jamboree, September 1999

For patrons of the Good Coffeehouse, this CD is a welcome addition to their growing collection of recordings by the individual artists. For those new to the Good Coffeehouse, it is a wonderful introduction and a sampler of just a few of the outstanding musicians who perform there weekly. But don't stop there: experience the warmth and magic of the not-so-ephemeral Good Coffeehouse every Friday night at 8 PM, September through June.

The CD is $10, plus $1 shipping. To order, e-mail the BSEC office. Or, save on shipping and pick it up the next time you stop by the Meeting House.
